You won't find any help desk in faculties and departments where counselling is going on these days. Guess why? In BHU you don't need help desk, everyone is here to help you. From counselling coordinators to professors and to current students are there to help you.
Our team visited various faculties where counselling is on process. When we talked to students they were satisfied and delighted with the assistance they received here.
A student Abhishek from Patna University who was here for his counselling of L.L.B says "I was worried as I don't have my marksheets of Graduation but they are so helpful. I just gave a undertaking that I will submit till 30th October and my counselling completed within minutes. On the other hand Delhi University which has not declared entrance result is asking for marks in Graduation which everyone needs to fill. I would say admission process in BHU is student friendly."
We have also visited various fee payment centres and had coversation with students. Parents of a student who is here for counselling in Faculty of Social Sciences replied "You see environment in BHU, Even I wish to stay here. See banks have come to faculties where even a person who is not Techie can deposite fee easily"
We applaud BHU admission committee and all its members for their effort in this process.
